"Tigger" is the name Todd Partridge's friends call him because of his constant energy and enthusiasm. His customers say it's contagious.  Todd Partridge's specialty has been in new construction and developing executive relocation business for companies such as Compaq, Baylor College of Medicine, Continental Airlines, Enron, Arthur Andersen, El Paso Energy, A.I.M. Management, Reliant Energy, and Shell, Inc.

By specializing in thorough needs-analysis and delivering solid results, he has earned awards for production and customer satisfaction and been recognized among the most elite in the industry.

Knowledge, Integrity, and Communication are the key traits that Todd feels separate his company from the thousands of agents and brokers in Houston, Texas.    "Anyone can put a sign in a yard or drive people around in a car, but there are few individuals in this industry who take the time to do the necessary homework and demonstrate true caring for their clients like we do", Todd explains.

Partridge has accumulated over 12 years of experience in international sales, marketing and management, including almost seven years as a top marketing and sales real estate agent in Houston's exclusive Inner Loop market.  He was originally brought to Houston from San Antonio, Tx by Sumitomo, a vast multi-national firm, to create a  new sales and marketing division in the steel business.   Within 18 months, he had grown it into a $15 million venture with offices and inventory in Houston, Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Monterrey, Mexico, unseating the national leader of over 13 years in the process.

In shifting careers to real estate, Todd was a founding agent of Keller Williams Metropolitan in 1997, and while serving on the "Agent Leadership Council", he helped grow the office to over 80 agents with over $80 million in annual sales.  Subsequently, Todd was recruited to be the Broker and Vice President  of UrbanRealtors.com.  A year later he decided to start his own business and focus on one key ingredient - the "Human Touch" . Today his firm operates with the emphasis on three business principles - "Knowledge, Integrity, Communication".  Partridge Properties  presently has a full staff of professional agents focusing on the stringent demands of the upscale Inner Loop market - buying, selling and leasing.

Todd holds a degree in International Marketing from Texas A&M University, and speaks, reads, and writes Japanese.  In 2003 he obtained the highly prized designation of CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist.  There are only a 1,000 Realtors worldwide with this certification whereas there are over 17,000 Realtors in Houston alone.
